Terms of Service
As of 2026-10-21.
1. Who we are and when these terms apply
1.1 MoveWorkflows (moveworkflows.com) is operated by Nursultan Imanov, Drorygasse 4a/70, 1030 Wien, Austria, e-mail workspacetoolkit@gmail.com ("we", "us"). Full details: Imprint.
1.2 These terms apply to every use of the website and to every purchase, both by consumers ("consumers": people who buy mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession) and by businesses ("business customers"). Where a clause applies only to one group, it says so. Business customers' own terms do not apply.
1.3 The contract language is English.
2. What the service does
2.1 MoveWorkflows is a self-serve software tool. You load a Pipedream workflow export (project export ZIP or a GitHub Sync folder as ZIP) in your browser. The tool reads it on your device and creates:
- a free report that marks each workflow green, yellow or red and lists what will not convert automatically, the credentials to create in n8n and an estimate of the remaining work;
- one converted workflow free of charge;
- after payment, a ZIP file with an n8n workflow file (JSON) for each workflow you paid for, import scripts, a report (REPORT.md), a credentials checklist (CREDENTIALS.md) and third-party notices (NOTICE.md) (together the "files").
2.2 Your export is not uploaded to our server. Our server only receives the number of workflows, a fingerprint (hash) of the export and payment data (see the Privacy policy).
2.3 What is not included. Credentials, OAuth connections, secrets, Data Store records and File Store files are not part of a Pipedream export and are not migrated. Steps marked yellow or red in the report need your own work. We do not migrate workflows for you, do not host or configure your n8n instance, and do not provide consulting.
2.4 The free report and the free workflow are offered without obligation. They let you check the result before you pay.
3. Conclusion of the contract
3.1 The presentation of the service on the website is not a binding offer. By selecting workflows, accepting these terms and the statement on immediate delivery (section 7), and clicking the payment button on the checkout page, you make a binding offer to buy the files for the number of workflows shown.
3.2 The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and the download is unlocked. You receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3.3 You need to be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 The price is $3 per workflow, minimum $19 (the $19 minimum covers up to 6 workflows). It is a one-off payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The price for your selection is shown before you pay.
4.2 Prices shown on the website are final prices including any applicable value-added or sales tax. Payment is processed through Stripe Managed Payments: the sale is made by a company of the Stripe group acting as reseller and merchant of record, as named on the checkout page and on your receipt. It collects the payment, calculates and remits the tax due in your country and issues your invoice. Its own terms apply to the payment in addition. We remain responsible for providing the files under these terms.
4.3 Business customers can enter their company name and VAT number at checkout; the invoice is then issued in the company's name.
4.4 Promotion codes are applied only if entered at checkout. They have no cash value.
5. Delivery
5.1 After payment, the files are created in your browser from the export you loaded and saved to your device as a ZIP file. Delivery is complete when the download is available to you.
5.2 The download is tied to a fingerprint of the export you paid for and to the browser you used. It can be repeated for 60 days with the same export in the same browser. If you change device, clear your browser data or lose the files, write to us with your Stripe receipt and we will help you restore access.
5.3 If you change the export after paying (for example add workflows), the payment covers only the number of workflows paid for.
6. Your responsibilities
6.1 Only load exports that you are entitled to use, and use the files only for your own or your organisation's workflows or those of a client who has authorised you.
6.2 Review every converted workflow before you activate it in n8n, especially the items marked yellow or red, and test it with non-production data first. Keep the original export as a backup until the migration is finished.
6.3 You are responsible for your n8n instance, your credentials, your webhook URLs and for the data your workflows process.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Because the files are digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has started, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery, confirmed that you know you lose the right of withdrawal, and received our confirmation (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 11 FAGG). Details, the model withdrawal form and our voluntary import guarantee: Refunds and withdrawal.
8. No guarantee of a successful migration
8.1 Pipedream and n8n are third-party platforms that work differently and change over time. The conversion is rule-based and cannot cover every feature, app or code construct. The traffic-light colours, time estimates and notes in the report are an automatic assessment based on the export, not a promise that a workflow will run.
8.2 We owe files that correspond to the report shown before payment and that are in the n8n workflow format. We do not promise that every converted workflow imports into every n8n version, runs without changes, or behaves exactly as it did on Pipedream. In particular, results depend on your n8n version and edition (n8n Cloud or self-hosted), the npm and Python modules allowed there, the credentials you create and the third-party APIs your workflows call.
8.3 We are not responsible for the availability, terms or changes of Pipedream, n8n or any other third-party service.
9. Warranty
9.1 Consumers: the statutory warranty rights for digital content apply (Austrian Consumer Warranty Act, VGG). They are not limited by these terms. Please report defects to workspacetoolkit@gmail.com with a description and, if possible, the affected workflow name. We will first try to fix the defect by supplying corrected files.
9.2 Business customers: defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of download. We will remedy them by supplying corrected files or, at our choice, by refunding the price for the affected workflows. Further warranty claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9.3 Our voluntary import guarantee (Refunds and withdrawal) applies in addition and does not limit your statutory rights.
10. Liability
10.1 We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for personal injury, and where liability cannot be limited by law (for example under the Austrian Product Liability Act).
10.2 Towards consumers, we are liable for slight negligence only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and only for the damage typical and foreseeable at the time of the contract. Statutory warranty rights (section 9.1) are not affected.
10.3 Towards business customers, liability for slight negligence is excluded, and in any case our total liability per order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable to business customers for lost profit, lost data, business interruption or indirect damage, unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
10.4 Loss of data is limited to the damage that would have occurred if you had kept backups and tested the workflows as described in section 6.2.
11. Rights in the files
11.1 The files generated for you are yours to use, change and share without restriction for your own workflows and those of your clients. The workflow logic and code inside them comes from your export.
11.2 Parts of the conversion code are licensed under the MIT License (migrateflows). The license notice is included in NOTICE.md in every ZIP and on moveworkflows.com/credits.
11.3 You may not copy, resell or offer the website or the conversion tool itself as a service to third parties, except as allowed by the open-source licenses of the components.
12. Trademarks
Pipedream and n8n are trademarks of their respective owners. MoveWorkflows is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Pipedream, Inc., Workday, Inc. or n8n GmbH.
13. Governing law and venue
13.1 Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence.
13.2 For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
13.3 We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Changes and final provisions
14.1 The terms valid at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. We may change these terms for future purchases.
14.2 If a clause in a contract with a business customer is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
