Free before you pay

The report for your whole export and one converted workflow are free. Please use them to check, before paying, whether the result fits your workflows and your n8n setup.

Import guarantee (voluntary)

If a workflow file you paid for does not import into a current n8n version (n8n Cloud or self-hosted, via "Import from File", the n8n CLI or the public API), write to workspacetoolkit@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your Stripe receipt and the error message. We will first try to send you corrected files. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the price of the affected workflows, or the whole order if most of it is affected.

The guarantee covers import of the files. It does not cover steps that the report marked yellow or red before you paid, credentials, npm or Python modules that your n8n edition does not allow, or changes in third-party services. This guarantee is voluntary and applies in addition to your statutory rights, including statutory warranty; it does not limit them.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of our confirmation.

Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers in the EU have the following statutory right of withdrawal. Business customers do not.

Withdrawal information

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nursultan Imanov, Drorygasse 4a/70, 1030 Wien, Austria, e-mail workspacetoolkit@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Early end of the right of withdrawal

The files are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Your right of withdrawal ends before the 14 days are over once we have started delivery, that is, once the download of the ZIP is made available to you, if

1. you expressly agreed that we start delivery before the end of the withdrawal period,
2. you confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal when delivery starts, and
3. we sent you a confirmation of the contract that includes this consent and acknowledgement.

At checkout we ask for this consent and acknowledgement with a checkbox. If you do not want to give it, do not buy; you can still use the free report and the free workflow.
